Looking for simple one item per row layout

Currently using V 1.3.9 without any add-ons

I have my Admin > Configuration > All Listing like this: http://screencast.com/t/HpOa47P4rP

I have searched for add-ons and come up empty. I guess my question is, is what I want something tailoring the "All Listing" can do and Im just not understanding it yet, or do I need to figure out how to code.

The default product listing should suffice for this and you can rearrange things

admin > config > product listing

Since that's not a stock Zencart product listing, we'll probably have to see the site itself to advise further.
