How to Design the tables?

I'm trying desperately to design the tables to no success
I want to change the table individually for example - look picture

What you have pictured looks like the category box

That is not a table - - but an un ordered list

Tables are meant for tabular data

They have been mis used for design

You still need to explain in much more detail what it is you want to achive
