search bar problems

I can't seem to get my spy glass back into my search box, (to be honest I don't know how it got out) anyway I think it is supposed to be inside the search box. I remember when it came out it was because i was trying to get the whole phrase (enter search keywords here) as the word here was only showing 'her' anyway, if anyone can help let me know.

And what was it that you did?

Have the original files?

Replace them
