The logo.gif is left aligned, how do I center I it?

without a link to your site to make sure no alterations have been made I can suggest how this would be done in the classic template.

In your stylesheet.css file

find:

#logo, .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
	float: left;
	}

remove #logo so it looks like this:

.centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
	float: left;
	}

then add:

#logo {text-align:center;}

You might consider bringing this together by adding a background color to that rule

Adjust color to suit

#logo {
	background:#84A4C1;
	padding-left:15px;
	text-align:center;
}
