Help! Heading title calling for image - when shouldn't

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with 2 (so far found) headings are showing as broken images. This is only happening in Chrome right now.

My WishList Heading and My Search Heading on my left colmn.

I've gone into every file I can thing of to correct this but not one has it listed. Any ideas? I've been looking for 3 days now its driving me nuts.
