EZ Populate not working yet

I hired a technician to install EZ Populate for me. They have installed EZ Populate but I found it would now work for me. The technician also found it was not working and has tried to get it working for almost two weeks now with no success yet.

Does anybody have any good ideas how I should deal with this?

What can you do when even the experts can’t do it (joke only).

Can anybody offer any thoughts that will get me motivated again?

I wish I could

Re: EZ Populate not working yet

Uninstall all components of current including removing the files.

Then put in each file back into your store one at a time - make sure that the file is in the right location - continue untill all files are done.

Then in admin go to tool>easy pop > then install - I noticed the first time I did it, I saw I had everything done right - and saw it it in the tools section but forgot to press the install to get it operational :frusty:.

When you do press the install - look at the top of your screen you should get successful install message there

After looking at computer code for a while - I think I'm going crazy but the voice in my head assures me that I'm not! http://www.jecphotography.com/mystore
