GeoIP for automatic language and currency change?

Hi everyone,

I wonder to know how to set automatic language and currency change base on user IP in Zen Cart 1.3.9. The rule is simple - define country code base on IP when user come to site and change language/currency respectively.

I have used such solution in Oscommerce 2.3.1 before.
It was easy just download GeoIP.dat & PHP API from www.maxmind.com and
do minor changes in includes/classes/language.php and application_top.php.

How can I do something similar in Zen Cart 1.3.9 ?

includes/classes/language.php & application_top.php have absolutely different code versus oscommerce last version.

This would be great, i'm also interested in this but im not a coder so hard for me to do.
Do you know anyone that would be interested in coding it.
