Base price plus attribute does not seem to work for me

Version 1.3.9

I want to be able to "suggest" products that the customer will need for what he is purchasing. This will make it easier for them to get the correct accessories.

I have created the necessary attributes using dropdown. One of the attributes is "None" with no price because I do not want them to have to buy the accessory.

I have the base produce marked yes to Price by attribute as well as the section in the actual attribute is marked to add to base price yet it does not appear to change the price until it reaches the shopping cart.

Your Product is NOT Priced by Attributes ...

You have a Product and it has Attributes that could add additional charges to the Product ...

You have the Product setup with a Product Price and then the Attributes that have charges should the customer wish to pick them ...

I understand what you are saying but is there a way that, if the customer picks an attribute with a price, that it will show the full price (base price plus attribute price) on the product page?

There is an Add On for that and now the name escapes me ... :blink:
