Reinstalled - Configuration link links still blank

Just installed 1.3.9h yesterday, reloaded all directories individually today using FlashFTP. In the Admin area (and yes I have changed my admin subdirectory label) the Configuration link will not produce anything except blank pages. Other links within admin seem to be working. Any ideas?

No customization or add ons, still trying to get things to work. Have looked in FAQs and not found much. Found the post that said it could be an FTP timeout and that is why I reloaded individual directories. Have also searched the forum (that may be where I found the timeout answer).

I have added some product and have modified a couple side banners.

Thank you, but I had already found that and it did not solve the problem. I have just gone through every directory and the only zero byte files I have found are the empty.txt files and the Replace_This_File_With_Your_Key_File.pem.

If you or anyone else can think of anything that might be causing this problem I would greatly appreciate some more direction.

What do debug files say?

I have looked in the cache folder and this is all I found

Any help? Becaise it doesn't mean a thing to me. Is the debug function an automatic thing or is there something I need to do to turn it on?

I have followed the Wiki link to http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=84613 and followed those instructions (without downloading the module because I double checked first to make sure it was in extra_configures before going any further.

add this line to the.htaccess file in the "renamed admin" folder

DirectoryIndex index.php

Might it help if the error logging program is executable? I will give it a try.

With 1.3.9h correctly installed, the debug is automatic and if items are not corrected it will get very large very fast
