Product Info: product name and description not saving
Hi,
if anyone can help. This is the issue. When i type in product info, name and description, then preview and insert product. the product appears in the admin. then when i go back to edit the product the product name and description are both blank. I've tried this multiple times and it's just not being saved. Please help!
