HELP - Product info being truncated

Hi, having a problem with my product info which is being truncated - i have already changed the config>productlisting>product decription to longer number, but this only increases the info on the category liksting and only up to the truncated text that is within the product info

the text cuts off on the info. i have already went into myphp admin and changed the product description to 'long text' but still no joy. When uploading files using easypopulate, product info is always truncated?

there must be another setting somewhere i have missed. can anyone help?

If you edit this Product ... can you copy exactly what you have in the Product Description so we can see what the problem is?

NOTE: you will probably need to hit the QUOTE (little talk bubble icon) or CODE (little # sign icon) tags to wrap your Product Description in ...

just updated that listing manually with a few more lines of text to take it past the point it truncates when uploaded with easypopulate, and the manual text shows ok.

any ideas whet upload is truncating it?

I don't use easy populate so I am not sure what limits might be imposed on the import of files ... :unsure:
