Change font size and color in the horizontal menu

Hi,

Can somebody help me to change the height of this horizontal menu where it is written "accueil - Philosophie - ...).

I would also like to change the inside font and make it higher.

Otherwise is there a place on Zen Cart site where the name of the different parts of zen cart are indicated as it is difficult to know what is what. Then it is much difficult to find help on the forum.
