Only background shows on Estimate Shipping page

Starting a build for a client on a test server here:
http://www.richmondmediatestserver2.info/

It's got a dark gradient background, and whenever you put an item in the shopping cart and click "Estimate Shipping", that page shows up with only the dark background behind dark text. Here's the page:

Anybody know how I can put a white background on that page? There are probably a few other pages with this problem too...
