Royal Mail Shipping Prices April 2011

New Royal Mail shipping prices after todays increase. At least for the services I use. I think standard parcels prices have stuck from last year.

Ok nice one,
So I take it this mod works ok for you?

I am new to on-line selling and currently have a flat rate at £3.00. We have found that sometimes I win on postage but often loose out.

Also the GREAT Royal Mail took 3 weeks to send a first class signed for parcel :((

I woul like a poatege option where THEY choose the postal method, then they can't aportion blame on me!

I will take a look at this mod on a test site... Thanks

Nope... It don't work for me..
I get the following error:

1406 Data too long for column 'shipping_method' at row 1
in:
[INSERT INTO orders (customers_id, customers_name, customers_company, customers_street_address, customers_suburb, customers_city, customers_postcode, customers_state, customers_country, customers_telephone, customers_email_address...... Etc.

I see a couple of mentions on the forum but no actual solution.

I am a raw Zenner. Is this mod still supported?

Thanks

Glyn

With some help I got it sorted!
