How to make internet bookstore with user uploaded content (PDF files)?

Hi,
I'm using ZenCart 1.3.9h and I'm trying to get something like Internet bookstore with e-books,
but I don't know how to make "e-book author" user role, which allow to registered users to upload
his (or her) own content (PDF files) and setup price for it. Is this possible in default ZenCart installation,
or should I install some kind of modification (if yes, which one?) ?

Zen Cart is not designed to sell other items

You would have to get their upload scan it for security and make it a product
