Shipping Page Fonts different in FF4 & Chrome

Hello,
Recently discovered that Firefox 4 and Chrome display my checkout shipping page differently. The fonts are all larger, which moves images around, etc.

See attached image.

I'm guessing there is a css issue here, and I hope someone can give some hints as to what to look for to fix this.

The character "Y" appears as the first character in my generated html. It only does this in Chrome and FF4, where the problem exists.

Where is this coming from and is it causing the problem?

"Y" character was in checkout_shipping.php
Odd that it never appeared in the other browsers.

Also odd that checkout_shipping.php file will not override to template folder.
