How do I install UPS Zone Chart?

I am a newbie and just installed zen cart in a hosting company. I would like to use UPS as my shipping preference. However, UPS rates are based on zones 1 to 10 where countries are grouped according to distance from originating country. I do not know where to create the 10 zones. Hope someone can help me.:smile:
