The word "Array" following product name

I'm upgrading from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9h

Is this a known issue? We just noticed that at checkout on step 3 Order Confirmation that the word "Array" follows the products in the shopping cart contents. this is regardless of payment method chosen and regardless of attributes or not.

Qty. 	Item Name 	
1 x 	5 inch Cobra Fin Array 	
1 x 	Small Camera Case Array 

BTW we are continually amazed at all the work that has gone into this amazing shopping cart program and the option it gives us to run our business online. With everyone having their hand in your pocket these days, thank you zencart team, once a gain for keeping us up to date with the web.

Thank you, that was it... I somehow got my tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php from an older ordered steps mod instead of making the simple edit it required. that had to be one of the easiest edits for a mod....just a slip of which I'm sure to find many.
