product page help

My prev and next buttons are missing confused I can't remember what I altered now trying to fix this

also there is a problem with my categories on product pages....

when you go to a product page the category vanishes in the top bar

Can someone please help me with this?

You may have turned it off in Admin - Configuration - Product Info - Previous Next - Navigation Bar Position

and maybe Admin - Configuration - Product Info - Previous Next - Navigation Includes Category Position

those 2 are set on "on top" and "align left"
