Cannot get VAT to show

I am having a real problem getting VAT to work.

I have followed the steps in the tutorial to set up VAT.

Countries: United Kingdom
Zone Definition: UK
Tax Classes: VAT (says ID 2)
Tax Rate: VAT Zone UK Rate 20%

It doesn't show up anywhere. I have set products up to show tax class VAT but the Product price (net) and Product price (gross) come up the same.

Also, VAT does not show anywhere in the store - on checkout there is not even a line saying VAT.

Can anyone help? I am really pulling my hair out with this one. I am sure it is something really simple!

I am getting a bit closer.

Just realised I hadn't clicked on the folder in zone definitions. Now I have done that VAT shows on the product listings in admin but it is still not showing in the store.

I have done it!!!!

+1 for that, and it makes a whole lot of sense out of the community thing if wee all get to share in the info.:smile:

i am also having the same issue can anyone help
the VAT is Updated when i changed to "show prices with vat"
only on Products that i created manually.

on the feed that i use for 2-3000 products there is no Vat added
can anuyone help
