I have a similar issue. I have a softaculous install of zencart 1.3.9h. I loaded the first product 2 hours ago. Clicked the preview button and lost the whole site. http://fantasticvapors.com

I can access the cPanel, but not the zcadmin or any of the front end either. Any ideas?

Welcome to Zen Cart. I've moved your post as I'm seeing nothing in common in the symptoms reported in the thread in which you posted and those which you describe.

Please can you provide more information about your installation and problem. Knowing which preview button you're referring too would be helpful, and also what changes you've made to Zen Cart.

Also, you say that you can't even access the front end, but it looks fine to me.
