Pop up image

Hi I have a problem with the pop up image not showing when displaying more images for each product.

If you click to view a larger image on the blue goggles the pop up box appears but the image isn't displayed.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this would be happening?

By default Zen Cart puts the larger image link on the main image, not the additional images. So your site has been customised, and those customisations aren't working properly.

As we don't know what they are, there's not a lot that we can do to debug them.

ok the only customizations I've added to product images is from the free software add ons. There are others but these are nothing to do with the product information display.

Its additional_images_v.1.1 and additional_images_admin_interface

I suspect this is more a script not working rather than anything to do with customization elsewhere.
