How to remove shop name from header?

Hey, I'm new to Zen Cart and am not a techie person. My site went up ok but the header is a problem. When I put in <display:none;... to get rid of the template store name, the header becomes smaller than my logo and cuts it in half.
I tried everything listed on forum I could find and still don't know what to do. Right now the store name is _. Which I'm sure does not look good for email etc

Help please?

Not exactly sure what you're referring to. The store name, as listed at the top of your Contact Us page looks OK, and that's what customers will see in the emails.

I see the _ linked in the source, but #nameWrapper is unique to your custom template. I'd search for namewrapper in Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit and see where that's coming from - probably tpl_header.php.

Thanx so much for responding. If I put the store name in the header through the config store name, this template causes the name to show up overtop the logo I upload. Right now the store name is an _ so that it won't show up on the header.
