Link to display multiple manufacturers?

Hi,

I know that I can link to a single manufacturer's products using:

index.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=XX

Is it possible to display the products for two or more manufacturers at once with a similar link?

When you navigate the Categories you will see a dropdown appear that allows for a filter by Manufacturer ...

But to make a link for multiple manufacturers that do not include all manufacturers you would need to write your own code, there isn't a simple "link" for that ...
