Question about PayPal Changes on April 7, 2011

I refer to DrByte's post about PayPal Changes on April 7 in the "Zen Cart Release Announcements" forum. I tried to post there but I'm not allowed.

My question is: have these changes been announced to the Zen Cart Certified Hosts or should each of us notify our host?
