Gross prices are higher in the online store than admin catalog???

I just set up zen cart 1.39h.

My business does not charge any tax.

When I add products to my new catalog, the gross price is increased, for example from $500 to $589.

I've looked through all the settings but I have no idea how to make my prices work normally.

If you are not charging Tax, look in the Locations / Taxes ... Tax Rates ... and see if you have Tax Rates defined that are being applied ...

There were no tax rates when I first came across the page trying to fix the problem, then I made a tax rate of 0% for 'Taxable Goods' and it didn't make a difference.

What are your settings for Currency?

Which is the default Currency?

Is it set to the value of 1.00?

If your Default Currency is AUD ... then you need to set its value to be 1.00 ...
