what does this mean?

in myphpadmin, database for my zen cart.. I see this message

Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.75 differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.55. This may cause unpredictable behavior.

It means exactly what it says... You have potentially incompatible PHP versions for MySQL Library and Server.

You should contact your hosting provider.
