Orders page missing customer, shipping and billing fields

Hello,

Upon upgrading our site from v1.3.8a, three important fields no longer are displayed in the Customer -> Orders section.

Attached is a screenshot showing that the Customer, Shipping Address and Billing Address fields aren't displaying data properly from the DB.

The orders.php file in the admin section is unchanged from the newest downloadable version.

Furthermore, the order information is still in the database, I can see all the addresses there. For some reason it's just not showing up on this page. This applies to ALL orders, even those orders placed before the site update.

Anybody have any idea where else I can check to diagnose this problem?

use phpmyadmin to check if order products are recorded, if yes, it's a problem of you zc admin side; if not, it's checkout process side.

Yarp, checked that beforehand; the database shows all the info in the orders table. It seems like the ZC admin is just not pulling the info properly from the database

You're saying you want me to roll back orders.php to the 1.3.8a version and leave the rest of the site at 1.3.9?

That would be a bad plan ... it would be better to find out what is really wrong ...

First, check your database and make sure that the table:
address_format

has the correct values for all of the address formats that you see on each of the address_format_id in the table:
orders

for the fields:
customers_address_format_id
delivery_address_format_id
billing_address_format_id

They appear correct to me, in the sense that they follow the specs here.

[address_format_id] 2
[address_format] $firstname $lastname$cr$streets$cr$city, $state $postcode$cr$country
[address_summary] $city, $state / $country

If you look now at the table:
orders

do you see the three fields that contain:
_address_format_id

and are they set properly to a valid address_format_id that matches to one of the address_format_id records found in:
address_format

By chance are you using something like Apsona Shop Admin that unloads and reloads the customers table? I have seen this exact problem in that case - let me know if this is what's happening. (It's easy to verify - look at the customers table for the default_address_id and see if that record exists in the address book table.)

Ajeh: customers_address_format_id, delivery_address_format_id, and billing_address_format_id contain the number 2, which corresponds to the above address format entry.
A few contain 1, but those are site owners, and the number 1 still appears to correspond to a valid address formatting entry.

Could you reload the file:
/your_secret_admin/orders.php

and reload the file:
/your_secret_admin/includes/classes/order.php

from a clean Zen Cart v1.3.9h ...

Yep, both files are identical to the clean 1.3.9h copies.
Even verified with WinMerge.
