Copying all products in 1 cat to another

Hi! Is there a way to copy all products in 1 category and add them to another quickly? and on the same token, is there a way to add multiple products at one time without having to add each one individually?

I can't get the search this forum thing to work so if there's an answer already please forgive me I've tried to look for it!

In the Multiple Categories Link Manager ... there is an option to Link Products in 1 Category and Link them to another Category:

Copy ALL Products in a Category as LINKED Products to another Category ...
Example: Using 8 and 22 would Link ALL Products in Category 8 to Category 22

I need them to actually create a duplicate product in each category..

If they are really the same thing, you'd be better off to link. That way, changing one will change all.
Of course, nothing ever changes.:P
