CKEditor and file uploading

I realize it's a security concern, but I'd still like to know how to do it. I'd like the upload option in ckeditor to show up. Can somebody instruct me on how to accomplish this?

About the security, since I'm uploading it in the admin, which is ssl protected, isn't that protection sufficient?

Use a dedicated FTP client for this

FCKEditor used to have a great image uploader, and it worked great, and was reliable. There are instructions to get CKeditor working with the upload option, but I'm not sure how to integrate it into the version for zencart.
