Changing the main page

Hi this is the first time i'm using zencart or even trying to build a website i'm using zen cart 1.39h and would like to know how to get rid of the 2 green bars at the top and bottom of the main page also remove all border and set the background colour

The best start is clicking on the tab on the top of this page called Tutorials/FAQ and read just a little

I have read through the tutorial but have not seen what i have asked for help with i would have used the tutorials had the information i have requested

i would like to have the bakground all one color and remove the borders to get rid of teh zen cart standard feel

If you completely remove them how will a customer log on to your site, do you want to change the color?

You will find these in your stylesheet.css> #navMainWrapper, #navSuppWrapper, #navCatTabsWrapper

I hope you have read some of the information in the Tutorials/FAQ and are using/creating a custom template. There are free templates available for Zen Cart. You can see them "in action" at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Enter the site and use the menu to see what the templates look like on a live site. They're a great way to get a jump on a custom template.

Yes, I would also like to know how to remove or edit the "Home" link in the footer.

I want to change the footer link that says "Home" to say "Store Home" OR just remove it so that I can use an EZPages link.

I wanted this changed in the top nav bar and I've already edited the templates/CUSTOM/common/tpl_header.php to change the "Home" to "Store Home" and have added a "Blog Home". That worked fine. I just can't seem to figure out the footer.

I have looked at /tpl_footer.php - but not sure what to do there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
