No option to install under Authorize.net

No option to install under Authorize.net

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.9h and I have all the information I need to set up my Authorize.net module. So when I choose Modules/Payment I see the following:

Authorize.net (SIM)
(Not Configured)
authorizenet
0
Pending

But the problem is where the "Action" area arrow is it does not give me any options to "edit" so as to enter my Authorize.net information. Am I looking in the wrong place for this?

You should initially see at the right the option to "Install"

After selecting install, and navigating back the area you should see at the right
"Remove" and "Edit"

If not try reloading all of your admin files from a fresh expanded distribution
