Attribute's Sort Order not working correctly

Version [1.3.9h]

I'm having a problem getting the attributes to sort correctly when looking at the actual products in the store. I have the attributes set up in a table, as you can see HERE
Basically I want the Right Eye box to be first with the Left Eye box below it. I've tried changing the Option Name sort order but it seems to just ignore it as far as actually placing the Right Eye attributes above the Left Eye ones.

I will be forever grateful for any help, this is becoming a really big pain :(

What have you changed/edited to add the table?
The sort works in the default div arrangement

I'm actually not the one who made the tables, and I'm not sure how the person that did make them did it.
Also, I'm not super great with coding so I have no idea how to even begin to change the things I need to for this :\
