PayPal not playing nice with Authorize.net - v1.3.8a

Yeah, Yeah I know, upgrade to 1.3.9h or You should have done the PayPal upgrades we recommended.....

ZenCart 1.3.8a with NO Patches

I procrastinated upgrading all this time and now it is the SEASON in the boating industry spring is our Christmas, so I cannot shut down or .....

If I even Install any other payment type other than PayPal Express Checkout my paypal transactions never happen, I get email saying payment was made by credit card, but no money in paypal account.

I need to enable Authorize.net and wondering if the patches for PayPal on ZenCart 1.3.8a are still available somewhere?

I did search and search, but must be using the wrong search words to come up with a useful answer.

Will the patches allow me to use both payment types?

Yeah, I know, I should just upgrade. Working on it in between all the other projects.
