Display Attributes/Options, Qty Discounts & Qty Box in Matrix

Hello fellow Zen-ites, I'm hoping one of you clever people can help save me some time and effort by pointing me in the right direction for what I am trying to acheive!

I am working on a packaging supplies website and would like to display a matrix/grid type table for each of the product types, something like the image below:

It wouldnt need all that data, just product sizes (ideally 2 fields, for imperial and metric measurements), qty discounts and qty box, with a single 'add to cart' button at the bottom.

I've tried looking into this and using product attributes + the attributes grid addon to display it on the product info page but got stuck on the layout / qty discounts part.

I thought it might be possible to fiddle with the layout and have this table displayed on the product listing page with each row an individual product?

So I thought I'd check first to see if anybody has acheived something like this and might be able to offer some advice! (I've tried searching all day but no joy yet).
