can't fix this! been trying for 2 days, product description issue

Okay, I have read everywhere on the tutorials, help, and been reading this forum for two days trying this and that based on what others have had problems with but it doesn't fix my issue.

the site is all the way to the left as I want it to be

but....
After adding description (text) to a product my site does this

so how do I stop the product pages from going fluid? or way over to the right? I want all my pages to stay to the left like the home page.

The problem is not in the "#mainWrapper" as I have messed with that over and over and still doesn't fix the issue.

and lastly, on the top of my site (breadcrumbs) red bar, how to keep that all the way to the left through out the site?

1)Breadcrumbs - If you want them all the way to the left (so they start above the categories list), youll need to move the breadcrumbs code in to the header file (I think I'll check the file name)
2) Validate your page, when i run it through the validater it tells me (amongst other things) you have an additional "</div>" closing div, if a div is being closed earlier than necessary it may stuff things up, although i cant tell from looking if it will effect your stuff

want to add when you add the product to the shopping cart everything lines back up again like the home page

Did some trial and errors and here is what is going on...

added a product, added text (product description field) and once the product is added the product page for that item makes the site expand all the way to the right.

now, i made a copy of the product and this time without any text in the text box for product description and then went to look at the product on the site and its how i want it to be, to the left like the home page

so how to fix this? when adding text the site expands, when no text its fine.

once this issue is solved I can continue building my store, until then I'm screwed.

I fixed it somewhat , but if you add to much text it goes over the right side box :no:

fixed it by adding the width variable to the css.

I have just tried to add a Facebook Like Button. I added it just fine, but afterwards my description page had taken a dive of like, 2 or 3 lines down. for a week I have been trying to find a way to move the description page higher and I can't see to find a solution. I have nearly 500 items on my site, I don't want to have to manually do this for every single item. I don't see any Facebook buttons on your product info pages. Can you point to a product that has it?

I removed it after i found out that it had messed up the page's appearance a little. Do you have any idea on how to fix this. Thanks for replying..
