Can't set up Option names for downloads

Hi,

I can't believe that after finally figuring out how to set up downloads on a test site, it is now not working on my real shop :(

I am using v1.3.9 Multilingual (English, german and Dutch)

I am able to set up the Options Name - which i am calling Downloadable file

When I go to option values, it shows the option name and then 3 windows (1 each for each language) where I put zip format.

When I try to save, I get the following error :(

1062 Duplicate entry '1-2' for key 1
in:
[insert into products_options_values (products_options_values_id, language_id, products_options_values_name, products_options_values_sort_order) values ('1', '2', 'zip format', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields

I am totally at a loss as where else to look to fix this problem.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I can stare at this and read it all I like , but I wouldn't know where to start looking in php myadmin. :blink:

Is there nowhere in admin backend that can fix this problem??
