expanding categories

The categories sidebox mods all seem to be for old versions of zc. I'm looking for a new category sidebox that will show all level 1 and level 2 categories, but no further (ie: only one subcategory). Is there anything out there that does this and works for 1.3.9h?

I have Replacement Category Tree for Zen Cart Shop System (ch_categories) installed now, but it expands the subcategories to all levels.

I don't believe any of the straight expanded categories mods has settings for how far you want to open the menu, but the Uncollapsed Categories Tree mod (ch_categories) packaged with Categories Dressing will, in conjunction with the Cat Dressing settings, allow you to tailor the expansion pretty much however you like.
