Hi need help by moving column down~

Hi to everyone! I would like to ask, is there anyone know how to move my main column down so that there is a space in between my nav header and main column. This is my url: https://www.creativholics.com.

Easiest way would be to add html breaks into define main page..via zencart admin panel.

Erm but i tried to define every page but fail because it doesn't involve anything to push my main column down.. :no:

I think you get my meaning wrong, i wish to move my main column which include my side column and also my middle column down so that i able to see the background behind. Can anyone teach me a way? Thanks!

Find this in stylesheet_tm.css and add the red part:

#content{ border:solid 1px #E8E8E8; background:#fff; padding:19px 10px 9px 19px; margin: 30px 0 0 0;}

Adjust the 30 to suit.
