Watching What Visitors Do in Your Cart (video analytics)

I've found this video analytics script that makes a video recording of every visitor to my shop!
It's great to watch what people do or don't do! I've already made some improvements to the shop, just from watching about 10 videos.
Wouldn’t have spotted those potential improvements with just Google analytics! Although I do run both of them together for max info.
I put the script code under the Google code & they seem to work o.k together.

I got my free account running after inserting the J script they provide & received my first vid in about 20mins.

I remember something like this from another company that came out a year or so ago. Even though they say that information from password fields and 'sensitive' fields (which presumably includes payment information) isn't passed to their servers, I wouldn't take the chance that they aren't telling the truth. Seems like it could be a clever (but elaborate) possible phishing operation.

Was it ClickTale? Thats the only other video analytic company I know about!

I've done some investigating on both companies & I can't find any scam reports about either, only good reviews!
They have been in business since 2006 & I can't see any scams running for that long without any flags being raised.

No, it had one of those goofy Web names, like hooha or boozely. One red flag I saw was that the domain had been registered by a Russian company (no offense to our Russian Zenners, but a lot of the world's spam and phishing comes from there).

You're probably right about their integrity - I just get nervous when my information is transferred to another server.
