VAT showing in Admin and not in the store...

although both are set to TRUE in Admin-Configuration-My Store.
Display Prices with Tax true
Display Prices with Tax in Admin true

Dies anybody have an idea what could be wrong?

OK, now I see that once I log out VAT is being shown, but while logged in it is still not showing:(
Any ideas?
