Title Tags in Admin do not reflect live Title Tags

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
Hi Everyone,
I'm having trouble understanding why the title tags (properly 'SEO'd) are not reflecting in the live environment. I also need help finding where to edit title tags in EZPages.
Has anyone come across this before?
