unable to install Ultimate SEO URL

I download the addon and follow the instructions in readme.txt.
but there isn't new item appears in the admin menu(configuration).
what I've done is:

1. Copy files from _zen_cart_folder_English to your Zen Cart install
2b. If you have made changes to your Zen Cart, follow merge instructions below
2. A sample .htaccess file is included. Simply rename to .htaccess and edit the word /shop/ to match your site

I didn't refresh the index page...
after I refreshed, the admin page was found.
but there is a bug for the addon:
not capable with mysql 5.5
because the setup sql use "type=myisam", it should be "engine=myisam".
I modified the sql and run it in phpmyadmin, then the addon seems worked, is there any other works i need to do?
