Help! duplicate error.. cant seems to update order

Hi Guys

I got this error when I was updating tracking records for my customers. now customer also cant order.

" 1062 Duplicate entry '55670' for key 1
in:
[insert into orders_status_history (orders_id, orders_status_id, date_added, customer_notified, comments) values ('28536', '7', now(), '1', 'Hi Sir/Mdm I have just sent you a detailed PayPal payment instructions on another website.. please don't be alarmed that the items shown are other items and does not match your order of ############## ...
