Flat rate plus additional item shipping.
I want to have a flat rate for shipping for $10 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item and for international orders have the customer contact us for shipping costs.
Edit: Found this popped up at the bottom after posting. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106605 That'll work for the USA but I need for all international orders for the customer to have to wait until I pack the order and get the shipping charge to complete the order.
