locked out of Control Panel

I have several similar websites and have just tried to get in to the control panel of http://www.irishshopper.co.uk but getting a blank page.

Have discovered the problem. The two different configure.php files are wrong in that by mistake I uploaded these for https://www.irishshopper.com which is on a diffeent server and paths therefore different.

Cannot seem to be able to edit them with correct paths. Can I re-run the ZC-Instal program now and would it fix these confifure files ? The ZC_Install has been deleted from the Directory as recommended but can upload this again.

I'm not sure what issue you are having but i'm locked out of mine too. I've uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled twice this morning and yet again it will not let me log in. This is getting to be highly annoying

Still locked out. I attached both the configure.php files (have renamed one just to upload here with 1 at end) and the product_listing.php

Any ideas what is wrong ?

Have changed file type from php to doc so rename them back php to open them

is your shop in a sub folder? ie "zencart"?

define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/irisho/public_html/ZenCart/')

At least you should start renaming al your passwords and admin foldernames, since you posted them here :oops:

Yes in ZenCart folder.

in that case it should be included in the define paths eg

define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/youradmin/');

should read
define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/zencart/youradmin/');

or
define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');

should be:
define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/zencart/');

I think I have made the necessary changes but still a blank page.

Keep in mind that the directory name is case sensative ...

If you are using:
ZenCart

you need to use that in the configure.php files ...

Have you another site in the root folder?
just thinking if you want your store to be available when you go to yourdomain.co.uk the site needs to be in your root folder IE not in "zencart" folder
