admin page blank after login page

rather than do a fresh install, i just move my local zen cart to the server and do the configure editing thing.

my website is live now http://tierraremyhair.com but when i login to the admin page, it returns blank after i have login with my details.

i have google and this site too, follow instruction on links but it seems not to be working

beside, my host is on a windows server, could that be the cause?

i have read that thread but having same problem, so i did a clean fresh install and everything seems to be working now, i can access my admin page.

am uploading my theme to includes/templates now and maybe drop the db and upload my own db.

thats right way to go?

Ty for posting back and your admin panel is up and running correctly..

i just drop the default database and uploaded mine and the admin stop working again, i guess its a problem with my db, or what am i doing wrong????
