USPS shipping time estimate

I use USPS first class international and priority international.
At check out the USPS estimator lists the estimated shipping time. I find that the time range provided for international addresses to be very low. Is there a configuration option to pad the values shown just for international? I see nothing in the USPS shipping module to allow this.

I do see some hard coded values like '2 - 3 ', '4 - 7 ', etc. But I don't see anything matching the values displayed for international.

I did a search of the files for the value displayed for international and it was not found. Perhaps that is provided by USPS or is in the database?

If you want to change the times sent by USPS then you need to customize the code for that ...
