Nochex not working

Hi,

Ok I downloaded the new Zencart which doesn't have Nochex installed - I managed to install it but because the admin section of my website has zc in it somehow it's causing problems with Nochex and my customers can't pay this way, One lady kindly let me know exactly what it said which is ; 1146 Table 'whatcan5_zc1.TABLE_NOCHEX_SESSION' doesn't exist
in:
[delete from TABLE_NOCHEX_SESSION where session_id = '138aa93913ad4ae5c3d83d6c4cf82beb']

Does anyone know what I need to do pls? :oops:

First, make sure you have the latest version of the mod. It was upgraded just over a month ago.
Second, make sure you are using the version for 1.3.9 that's included with the mod.
Third, make sure you have followed the instructions in the included PDF for loading the .sql file.

Evidently you've not installed all the files properly.
Go through each one and make sure you uploaded each one successfully, and that you followed ALL the installation instructions given. Failing that, contact NoChex for support of their addon.

i am having the exact same problem i am using zen-cart version 1.3.9h, custom template i bought from 12leaves, i have downloaded the nochex payment madule and followed the PDF instruction that came with the zip file and i also follow spl file installation as instructed, i have done test purchast and this is what came up:

1146 Table 'tranamax_zc1.zen_nochex_sessions' doesn't exist
in:

You haven't created the zen_nochex_sessions table in the database as per the instructions.

i am a novis at this, and the instruction that comes with the addons is not clear, could you please instruct me on how to install the entire module, sorry for my huge demand but please make it as simply as you can, thank you very much .

Then download the package "Nochex Payments Module for Zen Cart Guide". Extract this and you will find the necessary files to install the Nochex module as well as a guide explaining step-by-step how to complete the install.

I am still having issues getting this to work, I have checked and checked again I followed the instructions to the letter step by step, it all seem sfine in the admin panel but locks on step 3 of checkout with the message:

WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Every time I refresh the page I get the same error :( At a bit of a loss now what to do next....

Thanks for that and apoligies for not using the forum search system :blush:

I have looked in the log files and found the following error report:

[30-Jan-2012 19:48:06] PHP Fatal error: 1146:Table 'canddjen_zenc328.zen_nochex_sessions' doesn't exist :: delete from zen_nochex_sessions where session_id = 'ad3e040999504bc87c149dd8da13d970' in /home/candjen/public_html/zencart/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 101

That seems to imply (sorry I am no expert) that one of the tables does not exist, I have had a look via PHPMyAdmin and am having trouble making head nor tale of what I see.

Any pointers greatly appreciated

Sounds like when you installed the addon that you didn't install the zen_nochex_sessions table into your database. I would imagine the installation instructions talk about that step.

Thanks for your replies with this, I was just coming back to say I have solved the problem, I did install the tables as per the instructions, when I installed Zen Cart I used table prefixes of zen_ the nochex database file I imported did not know this so never added the prefix to the 2 new tables, I added zen_ to both tables and hey presto works a charm :)

Just a couple more tiny issues and hopefully tomorrow I can move it all to a live environment, bye bye OSCommerce yipheeeeeeeee :)

I have an issue with Nochex on v1.5.

If I put everything in test mode Zen & nochex everyting is fine. The order is processed e-mails sent and the details recorded in the database

I put it to normal customer operation it takes the money but the customer order details are not copied to the zen cart database and the emails are not sent.

I have looked at the Nochex log and the only diffeance I can see is that when everything works OK the date and time and the words "APC INFO - RESPONSE HTTP/1.1 200 OK Connection: close" appear after the word AUTHORISED on the line starting Cache-control:

I have made the change to the Nochex URL suggested on their site.

Any ideas?

yep just installed it with no problems I've sent it for approval to the pluins section, are you sure your using the latest version

Yep , had it confirmed by nochex first, Asked my developer to install it, No problems !!!!

using latest version of zen cart and nochex module, All Good !!
