Transfering templete

Hi Everyone,

I have a template which is compatible with zen cart that i downloaded from zen cart add ons to my computer.

I have transfered the file to my unlimited ftp going through the public_html, zencart, includes, template, template_default then then file; I can see the file in unlimited ftp but it doesn't appear on my zencart when i go to tools, templates selection

can someone please tell me if i need to do something else to make this appear on the tools still using unlimited ftp

Depends on what template you're trying to use. In most cases, there will be an 'includes' folder in the template folder which should be FTP'd to the root (top) directory of your store, not the templates folder.

Hi,

I have an online store with zencart shopping cart but i do not like the classic green template, I have this template that i downloaded but can't install it to my zencart template

I therefore need someone to installe this template or Design a zencart template for my online store.

Thats your problem there, the default template should never ever be touched

you should be uploading the template to

public_html/zencart/includes/template/your_template

so it is on the same "level" as the default template and the classic template

then you go to

admin -> Tools --> template selection and it will appear
